射箭的姿势和动作要领(弓箭三点一线瞄准图解)

下面以反曲弓为例,射箭的基本准备动作要领。

站位动作要领

站位是整个射箭动作的基础,这里我们以最适合射箭爱好者,尤其适合新手小白的“侧身站位”为例,身体侧身站立,与箭靶成90度直角。

The stance is the foundation of the entire shooting platform. We’re going to show just square stance which is the best for beginning archers, set the body into proper position, perpendicular into the target.

侧身站位时,脚与肩同宽即可。双脚分开,站立在射击线的双侧,脚趾方向与箭靶成90度直角。

With the Square Stand, the feet should be at least shoulder width apart. The archer places one foot on each side of the shooting line, with their toes on a line perpendicular to the target

为什么建议新手采用这种站位呢?好处是,这个动作比较容易找到感觉,并且可以简单地重复做到位,只要控制好身体的各个部位,双脚,臀部和肩部都与箭靶成90度直角。

The advantages of starting beginners with this stance is easily to find and repeat, and also puts the archer’s body into good position with her feet, hips and shoulders, perpendicular to the target.

站位的姿势是射箭打出好成绩的关键因数之一。

The posture of the body position of archer is the key component for achieving good performance.

合适的姿势可以让我们拉弦的时候,避免弦与身体接触,同时,有更大的空间将弓弦拉开至后方,保持肩部在合适的位置。

Proper posture will give the archer added ability better string clearance when achieving proper alignment. And more room to move in their back when getting their shoulders into proper position.

从背后看看姿势,腹部需要收紧,胸部需要下沉,这样可以保持脊椎直立,胸腔水平。

Looking at the archer from the back, we want to see the bottom is tucked under and the chest is down. This keeps the spine straight and ribcage level.

下面是错(下图1)和对(下图2)两种姿势的对比

Here is an example of an archer moving from this position of poor posture to one of good posture.

我们可以从前面看出,这个姿势是如何影响拉弦间隙的。从这个角度,我们再来看看好的身体站姿。

From the front, we can also see how this affect the string clearance on the chest. Good body position is observed from this angle.

射箭时,我们需要站直,头在身体的中间位置。可以参考下图中,从地上双脚站立的中间,往上到腹部,胸腔,再到头部的中间的这条演示线。

From here you should make sure that the archer is standing up straight and the head is centered over the body. There should be a straight line from the center of the stance on the ground, up through the belly bottom, center of the chest, and center of the head.

如果身体向后方有轻微倾斜,都会导致拉弓弦时与胸部做不必要的接触,同时,前肩也会太高,导致推弓的手不稳,影响射击效果。

Any slight amount of leaning back away from the target will cause a string to come into contact with the chest, the front shoulder to raise, causing the bow arm instability.
